I believe that self-love and self-compassion aren’t luxuries—they’re the foundation of a meaningful, healthy life. Together we will explore the barriers that have kept you from fully embracing your worth, your truth, and your power.
I utilize a person-centered, strengths based approach to ensure we stay on track to what is important to you. I also utilize modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) to explore and process through trauma.
The work we do together is about more than just coping—it’s about rediscovering who you are, uncovering what truly matters to you, and growing into the most authentic version of yourself.
Healing isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about coming home to who you’ve always been.
