Cassie Martin, LMSW
I am Cassie and I am so glad you are here!
I strive to create a safe, compassionate space where you can reconnect with yourself and begin the journey toward genuine healing and self-discovery.
I am focused on working with adults who are struggling with low self-esteem, self-doubt, and internalized beliefs that have kept them from living authentically. You may find yourself feeling stuck, anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected from your true self—despite doing all the “right” things. If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to navigate it alone.
Together, we’ll explore the roots of these patterns, including past trauma and deeply held beliefs that may be keeping you in cycles of self-criticism or emotional avoidance. Through this work, clients often learn to set and maintain healthy boundaries, process unresolved pain, and experience relief from anxiety, depression, and emotional dysregulation.
I use a person-centered, strengths-based approach to ensure that our work stays grounded in what matters most to you. I also integrate evidence-based modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you build self-awareness, heal inner wounds, and move toward a more empowered, connected life.
This work is about more than just coping—it’s about rediscovering who you are, reclaiming your voice, and growing into the most authentic version of yourself.
Healing isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about coming home to who you’ve always been.
